Please ensure the device is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Thoroughly dry the Sora 10 unit and pack it securely in its original box, ensuring the charging station and power cables are included.
Ship to Beatbot
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
